Your Mission:

• Optimize Business Central: Analyze and enhance Microsoft Dynamics Business Central to align with business needs.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather, define, and refine ERP requirements with key stakeholders.

• End-to-End ERP Management: Oversee ERP improvements from assessment to implementation and training.

• Unlock System Potential: Identify and implement unused ERP capabilities and stay updated on industry trends.

• User Enablement: Educate and support users on ERP best practices and functionalities.

• Seamless Integrations: Ensure smooth connections with CRM, MES, PLM, and external partners.

• Efficient Problem-Solving: Address system challenges while balancing short-term fixes with long-term solutions.

You:

• Hold a degree or apprenticeship in IT, business, or a related field.
• Bring 2–5 years of ERP experience, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
• Have a proven track record in process optimization and system enhancements.
• Translate business requirements into efficient ERP solutions and understand data integration.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively and work collaboratively across teams.
• Solve challenges with a hands-on approach and a strategic mindset.
• Show curiosity, self-drive, and a desire to make a meaningful impact.
