Production & Capacity Planner (f/m/d)

We are looking for our location in Kemptthal or Memmingen:

Your mission:

• You are responsible for production planning for both short and long term periods and ensure that it is consistent with sales forecasts, capacity limits and cost efficiency.
• You create production orders in the ERP system, lead weekly production meetings, analyze production data and identify bottlenecks and potential for improvement.
• You coordinate material requirements planning (MRP) with the purchasing team to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and components.
• You monitor production progress and adjust schedules to changing priorities, machine availability, inventory targets and other variables.
• You optimize the planning processes for two production sites and for several external manufacturing partners.
• You measure and analyze key performance indicators to make processes more efficient, optimize inventory levels, and utilize capacity efficiently.

You:

• You have completed a degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management or a similar subject or have completed commercial vocational training.
• Have experience in production or supply chain planning, ideally in the food industry.
• Has solid experience in using ERP and planning tools; knowledge of D365 Business Central is an advantage.
• Impresses with organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills as well as an eye for detail.
• Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with different departments.
• Feel confident in critically questioning existing processes and driving continuous improvements.
• Have fluent written and spoken German and English skills.
