We are looking for a passionate and experienced Bioprocess Technician to take a leading role in the commissioning and operation of our purpose-built facility located in Kemptthal, close to Zurich. This role will support all activities in the laboratory and production areas of the hub.
Your mission and fields of impact
Operate cell culture equipment and run processes
Lead facility setup & maintenance
Development of process documentation & facility procedures
Play a vital role in shaping our operational organization, aligning our business strategy with operational implementation together with customers
Management of equipment records
Inventory Management
You
are a team player, take responsibility, enjoy working hands-on and are ready to roll up your sleeves
have strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills in English and German, a further language is a plus
enjoy coordinating, organising and ensuring housekeeping stays on track
have a vocational training in a laboratory or production environment
ideally have experience of working in a cell culture or bioprocessing environment preferred
experience with bioreactor operation, maintenance, and control is strong asset
Mechanical Apprenticeship Certificate, Chemietechnologie, Maschinenbau, or CAS Biotech, Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology or related disciplines
