As Lead Commercial Fulfillment, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial part of the order-to-cash (O2C) process with a strong focus on operational excellence, digital automation, and cross-functional alignment. This role brings large responsibilities, requiring a seasoned professional with hands-on experience in order management and last mile management and proven success in automating workflows through tools such as Power AutomateAI-based solutions, or similar digital technologies.

You will lead a team and act as a senior point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to ensure flawless order execution, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction at scale.

Location: Berlin (DE) or Kemptthal (CH)

Your Mission:

  • You implement digital automation (e.g. Power Automate, AI tools) to increase speed, accuracy, and scalability.
  • You own and optimize last mile delivery by setting KPIs, enabling proactive communication, and reducing costs while boosting service quality.
  • You lead the Order Management team, set KPIs, and foster best practices across regions.
  • You work closely with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Finance to ensure seamless commercial execution.
  • You manage ERP tools (e.g. Business Central), ensuring system stability, team training, and compliance.

You:

  • Bring 10+ years’ experience in FMCG or consumer goods, including 5+ years in order management or commercial fulfillment.
  • Have a strong track record in process automation using tools like Power Platform, RPA, or AI solutions.
  • Understand the full O2C cycle from order intake to delivery and invoicing.
  • Know how to work with and improve ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics/BC).
  • Possess strong leadership skills and foster effective collaboration across teams and geographies.
  • Thrive in dynamic, fast-growing environments that value innovation and adaptability.
  • Speak English fluently; other languages (German, French, Italian) are a plus.
