Your Mission: Own the flow — from invoices to international parcels
As a Financial & Backoffice Administrator, you’ll handle critical behind-the-scenes processes that keep our projects running — working closely with our Project Managers.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the invoicing and payment process in Bexio: invoice customers, capture bills for payment, create a system for project expenses and manage them.
- Collaborate with our accountant partners for year end closings and by ensuring correct bookings of day-to-day financial transactions.
- Support Project Managers with administrative tasks, ensuring accurate documentation and communication.
- Organise domestic and international shipments of food & beverage sample parcels.
- Contribute to team operations with efficiency, clarity, and a sense of humour.

The Candidate We’re Looking For
- Relevant experience in business administration.
- Comfortable using or learning tools like Bexio, and confident with numbers.
- Fluent in German and English(C1/C2 level), with additional languages being a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive: you don’t wait to be told.
- Strong communicator who enjoys supporting others and taking ownership.
- With a valid Swiss work permit.
