Your Mission:

As a Beverage Product Developer, you’ll manage your projects with creativity and technical flair.

What You’ll Do

• Transform great beverage ideas into real prototypes, through creation of theoretical recipes, recipe preparations, tastings, nutritional fact calculations etc…
• Develop industry-scalable beverage recipes, managing all important parameters (technical, organoleptic, regulatory, cost, …).
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and expectations are met.
• Interact with our European network of ingredient suppliers to find effective solutions.
• Communicate clearly with clients at every step — building trust through your expertise.
• Contribute actively to team meetings and workshops, with your input, ideas, jokes.

The Candidate We’re Looking For

• Relevant education and 1-2 years of experience in product development, in the beverage industry.
• Fluent in English plus either German or French (C1/C2); additional languages are a plus.
• Problem-solving skills, creativewith a pragmatic, can-do attitude.
• High-energy, detail-oriented, and self-driven: you take full ownership.
• With a valid Swiss work permit.
