Sales Intern

Haelixa is a pioneering company delivering a bulletproof DNA-based traceability solution to mark and trace products across global supply chains. From recycled fibres to luxury textiles and jewelry, we enable brands to verify origin and authenticity claims with a forensic science-backed approach. Our technology is trusted by leading global fashion, textile, and jewelry companies.

We are entering a high-growth phase and are looking for a motivated Sales Intern.

Starting Date: October 1st, 2025

Your responsibilities:

As a Sales Intern, you will work closely with the CEO and Business Development team to:

• Conduct market research and identify potential customers, partners, and industry opportunities.

• Support outreach activities, including preparing customer presentations, proposals, and sales materials.

• Assist in lead generation and qualification through LinkedIn, CRM tools, and email campaigns.

• Help manage and update the sales pipeline in our CRM system.

• Prepare meeting notes, follow-up emails, and assist in client communication.

• Contribute to organizing industry events, webinars, and customer workshops.

• Support reporting on sales metrics and market trends.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or International Relations.
• Strong interest in innovation, and the fashion/luxury/textile industries.
• Excellent communication skills in English (German or French is a plus).
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable using MS Office, being skilled in using Powerpoint; CRM & collab tools knowledge (e.g. HubSpot, Asana) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a small, fast-paced team environment. .
