Order Management Specialist (f/m/d)

Planted combines proprietary structuring and fermentation technologies to produce meat from plant proteins, focusing on delicious taste, meaty and juicy texture, while only using clean ingredients. Your Mission:

• You ensure the correct processing of incoming orders and deliveries.
• You act as an interface between Operations and Supply Chain to guarantee a smooth internal and external order flow.
• You handle EDI and non-EDI orders from various customer segments.
• You take care of onboarding new customers and create article master data.
• You manage pricing and discounts and verify debit notes.
• You handle special cases such as trade fair orders or special pick-ups.
• You communicate with freight forwarders, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• You follow up on cases involving missing or damaged goods and delivery issues.
• You support invoicing, credit notes, and sample orders.

You:

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or a similar field).
• You bring 1–3 years of experience in a commercial role or in supply chain management.
• You work in a solution-oriented, organized, and structured manner.
• You are an open-minded and proactive team member.
• You have a strong hands-on mentality and excellent communication skills.
• You are capable of managing and tracking multiple tasks in parallel efficiently.
• You use AI effectively to boost your personal productivity.
• You enjoy working in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment where innovation and change are part of the culture.
• You are fluent in German (written and spoken) and have very good English skills. Additional languages such as Italian or French are a big plus.
