Your Role & Responsibilities

As our Founder Associate Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our company. You will work on office management, administrative tasks, and organizing events, ensuring the smooth running of our operations. Additionally, you will provide support to the leadership team with special projects that range from graphical improvements on pitch decks to market research and shipping samples to our potential customers. You’ll be instrumental in fostering team cohesion and helping our startup thrive.

What You Need to Succeed

• Enthusiasm for working in a high-growth startup environment with constant change
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive and able to take initiative in managing tasks and solving problems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Basic understanding of office management and administrative tasks
• Proficiency in English is essential; German and Swiss German are strong advantages
