Procurement Department Trainee

We are currently looking for a :

Procurement Department Trainee

Duration: 3 to 6 months expected to start as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

• Supply electronic, mechanical, and fluidic components for R&D and assembly departments ;
• Analyze markets and come up with alternate suppliers for critical parts ;
• Ensure supplier monitoring (quality and delays) and handle operational claims ;
• Follow the supplier procurement strategy to achieve the best total value ;
• Update our ERP (Odoo) procurement database ;

Our requirements :

• Studying for or graduated a University or Business School degree with a major in procurement, engineering, or management ;
• Knowledge of usual IT tools (Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel), and usual ERP procurement module (Odoo would be ideal) ;
• Mandatory: Fluent in French and English; Good level of Spanish or German would be a plus ;
• Independent, curious, resourceful, eager to learn new skills, and thorough ;
• A previous work or internship experience in the supply chain would be a plus ;
